Barbados Leadership Academy
The JCI Barbados Leadership Academy (BLA) is a tool used to develop future leaders. The main topics will focus on the development of strong leadership and administrative skills among the delegates as well as having insights into the experiences of past and current leaders in JCI and in Barbados.
At the JCI BLA, delegates will learn how to use JCI tools to benefit the local organization and how these tools can aid in their own professional development. As such, the JCI BLA serves to inspire upcoming leaders in the organization and to develop skills in persons who may be interested in strengthening their leadership capacity.
This year, we have an exciting weekend of activities .The theme for 2021 is: "The Power of the Pivot." Day 1 would focus on "Rebuild and Invest", and on Day 2, we culminate with the theme "Sustain and Evolve". During this webinar, attendees will learn from the leadership experiences of accomplished speakers and their experiences navigating through the Global Pandemic and other forms of adversity.
