JCI Barbados Training Opportunities
One aspect of the JCI mandate is to prepare its members to respond to future challenges and opportunities. This is done through training and to this end the Junior Chamber International Barbados Chapter is developing our training programmes to offer a more meaningful experience.
The three aspects of JCI training are:
JCI Barbados provides its members with new, relevant and interesting training and seminars on leadership, public speaking and more!
Each month JCI Barbados provides its members with either a personal or professional development training session as part of our networking and training mandate.

The three aspects of JCI training are:
- JCI Formal Training - to become a JCI trainer, by completing official courses such as JCI Impact and JCI Achieve.
- Personal Development - full and varied programme of bite-sized business training seminars and other events.
- Official JCI Courses - one day and half day courses designed by JCI.
