As President, Dario monitors the Chapter's affairs and leads the 2022 Board of Directors in fulfilling their key deliverables. As head of the Local Organisation, he acts as the National Councillor to JCI West Indies. His theme for 2022 is "Growth Through Service".

Members of the JCI Barbados Board of Directors serve our organization for a term of one administrative year. They lead positive change under their respective portfolios of President, Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents, General Legal Counsel, Treasurer, Secretary and Public Relations Officer. The Board is nominated for these positions and the members of JCI Barbados elect them at our Annual General Meeting. |

Gillian Greenidge Legal Counsel/Immediate Past President Gillian provides guidance to the incumbent President and the 2022 Board of Directors, ensuring that all activities are aligned to the mission and vision of the Chapter. Her role serves to attest that JCI Barbados’ meetings are in accordance with the Constitution for the administrative year and maintain legality at all times. |
Kizwauna Miller Executive vice president As the second in command, Kizwauna, oversees the Vice Presidents' portfolios. She is also tasked with managing the execution and sustainable development of our projects through a focus on sponsorship and the project committees/chairpersons. 
Adriel Alleyne treasurer Adriel plays an integral role in maintaining the financial viability and integrity of the Chapter’s finances. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions of JCI Barbados and prepares the 2022 Budget. Furthermore, his role seeks to capitalize on investment opportunities and offer any financial advice to help the Chapter succeed from strategy through execution. |
Leanne Tasher VICE PRESIDENT, COMMUNITY AND MEMBERSHIP EMPOWERMENT Leanne is tasked with coordinating our empowerment programs and is also charged with facilitating training sessions for Chairpersons and committee members, among other exciting initiatives. 
Don Roach Secretary general Our Secretary General, Don, is charged with the task of providing timely minutes for all meetings as mandated by our Constitution. In addition to this, he is responsible for the issuance of correspondence on behalf of the Board to members. |
Nikita Drakes Vice President, GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENt This role is pivotal in ensuring the continued development of members through outreach activities, socials and trainings. Nikita also serves as the Liaison Officer, coordinating the Barbados delegation to national and international JCI events. 
Devon Parris Public Relations Officer Devon is in charge of managing the public image of the Chapter and ensuring that the Chapter’s marketing strategy is effective and competitive. He works with the skilled PR team to produce our visual content for this year. |
